1. Algemeen
Bij Casa las Mariposas hechten wij veel waarde aan de bescherming van uw persoonsgegevens. Deze privacyverklaring legt uit welke gegevens wij verzamelen, hoe wij deze gebruiken, en hoe wij uw privacy waarborgen bij het huren van ons appartement.
2. Persoonsgegevens
Tijdens het reserveren en verblijven in het appartement kunnen wij de volgende gegevens verzamelen:
- Naam, adres, e-mailadres en telefoonnummer van de huurder(s)
- Betalingsgegevens en factuurinformatie
- Eventuele opmerkingen of verzoeken betreffende het verblijf
Deze gegevens worden uitsluitend gebruikt voor:
- Het bevestigen van uw reservering
- Communicatie met betrekking tot het verblijf
- Het voldoen aan wettelijke verplichtingen
Uw gegevens worden niet gedeeld met derden, tenzij dit noodzakelijk is voor de uitvoering van de huurovereenkomst of wettelijk verplicht is.
3. Beveiligingscamera’s in het appartement
In Casa las Mariposas zijn meerdere beveiligingscamera’s geïnstalleerd.
- Alleen twee camera’s (in de gang en in de huiskamer) worden geactiveerd bij een poging tot inbraak of ongeautoriseerde toegang.
- Wanneer deze twee camera’s geactiveerd worden, worden maximaal drie foto’s gemaakt van de situatie, uitsluitend voor veiligheidsdoeleinden.
- De beelden worden niet opgeslagen of gebruikt voor andere doeleinden, en de overige camera’s functioneren verder niet als toezichtmiddel.
4. Bewaartermijn
- Persoonsgegevens worden bewaard zolang dit nodig is voor de uitvoering van de huurovereenkomst en wettelijke verplichtingen.
- Beelden die bij een inbraakpoging worden gemaakt, worden niet langer bewaard dan strikt noodzakelijk.
5. Uw rechten
U heeft het recht om:
- Inzage te krijgen in uw persoonsgegevens
- Correcties aan te vragen bij onjuiste gegevens
- Verwijdering van uw gegevens te verzoeken, voor zover dit niet strijdig is met wettelijke verplichtingen
- Bezwaar te maken tegen de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens

2. Personal Data
During booking and staying in the apartment, we may collect the following information:
- Name, address, e-mail, and phone number of the guest(s)
- Payment details and invoice information
- Any notes or requests regarding the stay
This information is used exclusively for:
- Confirming your reservation
- Communication regarding the stay
- Compliance with legal obligations
Your data will not be shared with third parties, unless necessary for executing the rental agreement or required by law.
3. Security Cameras in the Apartment
There are multiple security cameras installed in Casa las Mariposas.
- Only two cameras (located in the hallway and living room) are activated in case of a break-in or unauthorized access.
- When these two cameras are activated, a maximum of three photos are taken solely for security purposes.
- The images are not stored or used for any other purpose, and the remaining cameras do not function as surveillance otherwise.
4. Retention Period
- Personal data is stored as long as necessary to fulfill the rental agreement and comply with legal obligations.
- Images captured during a break-in attempt are not stored longer than strictly necessary.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request corrections of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data, as far as not in conflict with legal obligations
- Object to the processing of your personal data

En Casa las Mariposas valoramos mucho la protección de sus datos personales. Esta política de privacidad explica qué información recopilamos, cómo la usamos y cómo protegemos su privacidad al alquilar nuestro apartamento.
2. Datos Personales
Durante la reserva y la estancia en el apartamento, podemos recopilar la siguiente información:
- Nombre, dirección, correo electrónico y número de teléfono del huésped(s)
- Datos de pago y facturación
- Comentarios o solicitudes relacionadas con la estancia
Estos datos se utilizan únicamente para:
- Confirmar su reserva

3. Cámaras de Seguridad en el Apartamento
En Casa las Mariposas hay varias cámaras de seguridad instaladas.
- Solo dos cámaras (en el pasillo y la sala de estar) se activan en caso de intento de robo o acceso no autorizado.
- Cuando estas dos cámaras se activan, se toman un máximo de tres fotos únicamente para fines de seguridad.
- Las imágenes no se almacenan ni se usan para ningún otro propósito, y las demás cámaras no funcionan como medio de vigilancia en otras circunstancias.
4. Plazo de Conservación
- Los datos personales se conservan mientras sean necesarios para cumplir con el contrato de alquiler y obligaciones legales.
- Las imágenes captadas durante un intento de robo no se almacenan más tiempo del estrictamente necesario.
5. Sus Derechos
Usted tiene derecho a:
- Acceder a sus datos personales
- Solicitar correcciones de datos incorrectos
- Solicitar la eliminación de sus datos, siempre que no sea incompatible con obligaciones legales
